Bec's photos from the German ITT Champs 2011
Bec is currently in Germany, on her long holiday from Australia, and today she was at the German National ITT Champs, where she got the chance to ride in the lead car behind HTC-Highroad's Judith Arndt as Arndt rode to defend her national ITT Champion title.
It was a great day to be hanging out with HTC-Highroad riders - Arndt beat her team-mate Charlotte Becker by 45 seconds - taking Arndt to 12 national titles on the road and track. Joining Arndt and Becker on the podium was HTC's super-sprinter Ina-Yoko Teutenberg in 3rd place - a perfect team result!
Bec has limited internet, but she sent me some photos to put up for her - thanks Bec, for letting us see them! Can't wait to hear stories from your trip when you're back!

I've edited this, as the original results showed Arndt and Becker on the same time (which sounded unlikely!)
But the updated results show Becker at 45 seconds back. It makes more sense!
Lots of people getting to ride in team cars lately
This is great for us since we get lots of stories – can’t wait to hear more!
HTC won the men's ITT in Germany...
Dear German sponsors, they are fantastic!

Crikey!
Talk about having a first-row seat. Germany looks well set with successors to Arndt as well. Now they “just” need a new supersprinter when Ina retires.
What I like most (apart from the laughing photo)
is seeing the difference in the road during Arndt’s ride – from totally wet to dried out
