Around SBN: Indy 500: 'Greatest Spectacle In Racing' Set For Sunday

Oh PdC, how you have failed me. I am soo disappointed in you :(

If the collective wisdom and jammy good luck of the Cafe cannot pick the guy to come ninth on a stage, what's there to do?

Well all the entrants went into Serendipity's hat, and the first one out was: tgsgirl. So she gets Ned Boulting's How I Won The Yellow Jumper.

Be warned: there's another comp next week, and this one will test your knowledge of the lanterne rouge race. So start genning up on the runners and riders now. I don't want to have to resort to the hat again.

Thanks fmk!

Thanks fmk!

Don’t thank me. Thank Yellow Jersey Press, Ned Boulting and the fact that no one in Podium Cafe could predict something as simple as who’d finish ninth. :)

I am sooo nevervous about dong a lanterne rouge comp now …

So tell all the viewers at home, how does it feel to have won the yellow jumper? You must be excited?

This is very important, a dream come true. I remember Marc Wauters winning this when I was young and back then I thought “wow, to have my own yellow jersey, how cool would that be”, and now that moment has arrived! I would just like to thank my teammates, and the staff and mechanics and of course, all my fans. I couldn’t have done it without you.

You forgot to mention God...or a God...or several...either way it's a big no-no!

even Ricky Gervais thanked God for making him an atheist(best quote ever).

I jokingly picked Klodi to finish 9th

and indeed he didn’t…because he finished two spots better….WTF???
