What else? well is more then anything a sprinters stage, the KOM jersey will be given at (look at the preview I don't remember)

my 1st race near Roubaix France in 1983 a guy was hanging onto a car towards the finish
so I said wtf i’ll do the same and got pulled along at 60 kph for maybe 5 minutes, I let go, the other guy disappeared up the road. I then got lost couldn’t find the finish eventually saw it by the coast, rode across the line and turned out I had short-cutted and was top 5, got disqualified, my French coach was SOOO pissed at me he thought I had cheated on purpose.

But my mom’s recipe, you know… Just use thick – preferably homemade – bread. And good grainy Dijon mustard if you can get any. Eat with fries and mayo. Hmmm.
it's not that different
Stoofvlees
- 750 g stewing beef
- two bottles of dark beer – dark leffe or westmalle. If in a pinch blonde trappist beer will do, but dark is better
- 2 thick slices of – preferably homemade – bread
- good grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
In a big enough frying pan, fry the onions on the highest heat. Then add the beef, quickly searing it on all sides. Don’t worry about them being done or not, they’ll have plenty of time left in the slow cooker.
Add both beef and onions to the slow cooker, which ought to be set to the lowest possible heat. Add the beer, the bay leave and the brown sugar.
Leave it to simmer for a couple of hours (this is not something you just whip up when you feel like it). Two hours minimum, three or four preferably. The longer it cooks, the stringier the meat gets. I like it when it’s all falling apart. Yum. Don’t lift the lid too often, every time you take a peak you should add 10 minutes to the cooking time.
About an hour before you wanna eat, generously spread mustard on the slices of bread, and add those to the cooker. Take this opportunity to see if the meat isn’t too dry – if too dry, add more beer (add more beer is always the answer). Season to taste and remove the bay leave.
Serve with fries, mayo and some lettuce and tomatoes.

but it’s sort of moot for me, as I don’t speak Spanish. I just stumbled upon the link above, and posted it for whoever doesn’t have a radio link. The trouble is, since I don’t speak the language, I’m not sure if it really is the race or not.
