Exciting new film news

(The link is to a radio show. It may well be geo-restricted (UK). It is certainly long). In that link, Mark Herbert of Warp Film announces that Shane Meadows (This is England, Dead Man Shoes, Somers Town) will be directing a film version of William Fotheringham's book about Tom Simpson. We've bemoaned the lack of great cycling films on here before. This has potential. It is a great story, and it has a superb director with, apparently, a genuinely passion for cycling. This is good news.
