Hello everyone..! yes is me (again) with a not so nice subject to talk about... (tittle gives you a hint?)
As you know I like to ride lots and lots all the time and over the last weekend I did my longest rides so far in my cycling life..:
Friday 55 Km, I know this was the warm up.... Saturday 161 Km Looks better? And to finish my weekend with a nice long ride I rode 203 Km on Sunday.. (First time doing this too) and here is the link to prove it.. http://app.strava.com/rides/23634928
So after this great weekend riding I end up with a lot of km and experience under my belt but also I am paying the price with some saddle sores... With all good is a bad and with all bad is a good... I read this somewhere...
Well my dear fellow PdC users I am looking for some advice in this area and I am sure I will get plenty of answers that will help my little problem... Thanks for any advise that you can share..
And this post won't be complete if you don't share a nice story about your experiences with this issue that every person that rides a bike experiences at some point... Tell us what is your story...
