Team Ibis Cycles was known as Specialized - DPD Pakketservice until earlier this year, and this was the first year they were registered as a UCI team. The team is based in the Netherlands but were registered as a British team this year as 6 of their 12 riders were British, including 4 Scots backed by Scottish Cycling with an eye on the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Graeme Herd, Scottish Cycling’s Elite Athlete Program coach, served as the team's directeur sportif and team representative.
