Women's transfer-news for 2013

Now that the women's road season is all but over for the year, we begin the annual round of musical chairs. If you are only familiar with the men's scene you may be surprised by the volume, but long contracts are uncommon in women's cycling. Lizzie will doubtless be just the first of many big names to find a new home for 2013. In this thread we'll try to keep reasonably up to date on what is happening. Any unsubstantiated and totally scurrilous gossip is also most welcome.

Hitec take over the Worlds - Rachel Neylan and Rossella Ratto sign up for 2013

Norwegian team Hitec-Mistral Products furthered their claim to the title of The Best and Most Lovable Little Team In The World (a title vacated some years ago by previous holder Garmin when they turned to the dark side) by signing up two of the brightest stars of this year's World Championships race in Valkenburg, Silver medal winner mature-age cyclist (is that some sort of mysterious Aussie slang?) Rachel Neylan and up-and-coming Italian talent (although not at all unknown at the Café) Rossella Ratto.
