Deciding timetrial looks set to be a duel between leader Richie Porte and Tony Martin, currently 50 seconds behind. Porte looks like the likely overall winner.
Other good candidates for the GC podium include Machado, Talansky, Wiggins and Van den Broeck

They just had Lulu finishing in 5th and we didn’t see Wiggo or TVG finish

Plus or minus a few seconds really means nothing, Tony is right where he needs to be.
However, I did just fire Lulu. Maybe I will regret it, but with Paris-Nice presumably a major target for him, he should be testing himself here, and he should not be a minute off the pace in a 30-minute TT.
