So excited, annoyed ES arent showing the race.

Pretty well i'm thinking

Given he’s due back mid-May leaves plenty of time to come back to a decent team, then i’m banking on him going absolutely loco in a pretty mountainous Vuelta…

Still, he’s only 2 points, might as well take a risk.

I thought about him long and hard.

I think Lampre is likely.

However, I cut him in the end, at 10pm last night.
Thing is, to get a successful conviction through the Passport system, I figure his blood values must have been utterly ridiculously egregious, since they would not have risked failure on a test case. So chances are he’s a Di Luca who is nothing without supplementation, as opposed to a Valverde, who I judge is a huge talent with occasional boosting.

Good afternoon everyone

Can’t believe that Het Omloop is already here. Totally snuck up on me.

Never use a metaphor, simile, or other figure of speech which you are used to seeing in print.
Never use a long word where a short one will do.
If it is possible to cut a word out, always cut it out.
Never use the passive where you can use the active.
Never use a foreign phrase, a scientific word, or a jargon word if you can think of an everyday English equivalent.
Break any of these rules sooner than say anything outright barbarous.

Morning, cafe dwellers

One of my big FSA-VDS hopes for this season is burning his matches in a doomed breakaway. Apart from that, all is well at Edredon Towers, where the coffee flows free and the bets are down. I won’t bore you with the racing bets, but Matti Breschel (14/1) and Gerald Ciolek (50/1 e/w (4 places)) are the cycling bets of the day.
