Diadora-Pasta Zara, the team of World Champion Giorgia Bronzini, have just released their video of their fabulous 2012 team in action - have a look, for cycling in the Italian springtime, and their team photoshoot.

And some great news - according to their homepage, Marina Romoli has been taken on as a team manager! I can't find more about this, but if anyone else does, please add it to the comments. For those who are new to women's cycling, Romoli was involved in a terrible accident in 2010, when a car hit her while she was training, and as far as I know, she's still in a wheelchair as a result of the spinal injuries. It's fantastic to see she's still involved with the sport
