The biggest race favourite for the women's Ronde van Vlaanderen (and pretty much every other race on the planet, really), won't be starting tomorrow. Rabo informs us that she is ill.
Due to illness, Marianne Vos wont start tomorrows Ronde van Vlaanderen. Sarah Duster takes her place. @RaboCycling @rabowielrennen
Which makes the full Rabo team for RVV: Liesbet de Vocht, Iris Slappendel, Pauline Ferrand Prevot, Tatiana Antoshina, Sarah Düster and Annemiek van Vleuten.
And this is probably true too:
No Flanders for Marianne Vos tomorrow as she is ill. If you listen carefully you can hear the rest of the peloton breathing a sigh of relief
