a physics professor gets out of a running a stop sign ticket using this argument. fitting that i found this article after finding out the DOT added a stop sign to my route to the pub last night. a stop sign i may have seemed to run twice, but that was all an illusion on your part. same with the other three. like motorists, i follow all traffic laws all the time.
