A good friend of mine will be on a business trip that lands him in Paris on the final day of the Tour de France. (Nice work if you can get it…) He has sent me on a Quest, and my mission is to send him the coordinates of where he should go to best view the race that day. He is considering having his family join him (includes children aged 8-13), so the location of the best bar for viewing probably isn't what I'm looking for. We can save that for when he's alone in Belgium for kermis races...
