It starts with 15 minutes of the Tour of ChongMing Island, won by American Shelley Olds (AA Drink-Leontien.nl) ahead of Melissa Hoskins and Monia Baccaille, with interviews with Olds and Hoskins, and then it goes on to profile Olds' team.

This includes a bit of discussion of the team, and interviews with three of the British team members - Lucy Martin, Sharon Laws, and Emma Pooley, who gives us a tour of the very posh AA team bus
