The 3 DS's who picked Voeckler were our joint stage winners: congratulations to PopupRolen, jojo-05 and dkirk.

In the GC, andrewp extended his prior slim lead to 8 points with a pick of Scarponi, and has now worn the casquette jaune in two periods for a total of 6 days. ceccovb, also with a Scarponi pick, moved up into 2nd place. Will tgartner in 3rd ever come closer to yellow than his tantalizing 0.6 point deficit yesterday?

This was the first of 5 stages that score for the mountains competition. SInce nobody who scored played their "queen stage" card to double their points today, the current leaders of the mountains competition are today's three stage winners.

Rules

Pick 3 riders for the stage, the order of your picks doesn't matter.
The points awarded are higher for less popular picks, as follows:

Picture_20_medium

The first 6 riders on a stage score points, 2nd-6th place score 60%, 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% of above.

Entry Deadline

The strict entry deadline is the official start time of the stage - timestamp one minute late, your entry doesn't count for that stage.
Subject to the deadline, you may change any or all of your picks, but only one time, in a single reply to your original post.

Entry Format

On the first three lines of the body of the post write your three riders' surnames only.
Write the surname in full, and nothing else. No nicknames, no abbreviations.
Add first name after the surname only when there's ambiguity (e.g. "Velits, Peter").
