Women's racing this week: Thüringen-Rundfahrt , Cascade Classic, Tour en Limousin

Stay connected for news and updates

With three races currently on, I thought it was worth creating a thread dedicated to results, chat, and FSA DS smack. Quick roundup:

Thüringen-Rundfahrt: 3 stages down, 4 to go. Emma Johannson is currently leading the GC, with Ina-Yoko Teutenberg, Judith Arndt, and Lizzie Armitstead just 7, 8, and 9 seconds back respectively. FSA DS: This is Cat 1, folks--it doesn't get any more lucrative than this. Hanka Kupfernagel won the prologue, Teutenberg sprinted to wins in the first two stages. See Sarah's preview for more info, and the official site for full results. Through Sunday.

Cascade Classic: A cute little Cat 6 race, currently being dominated by Kristin Armstrong, who won the prologue and first stage, and is a good bet to sweep it all. Official site here. Through Sunday.

Tour International Féminin en Limousin: Marianne Vos is back!! Take a look at the start list and see if you can identify anyone who can beat her. Grete Treier? She won the last two editions, but then again, Vos wasn't there... This Cat 3 stage race starts today and, like the others, ends Sunday. Le blog de Gwéna is a good place to look for info.

So, with all three races ending on the same day, Sunday should see some serious--perhaps game-changing--FSA DS point haulage. How's your team going to do?
