Olympics Day 14 - Live

Well, I guess it is my turn to put up the daily fanpost.

I don't share the general technical expertise to embed a schedule, but if you're desperate for details and you don't already know where to find them, there's a list here.

A few highlights for the day:

A continuation of the hugely entertaining taekwondo tournament, featuring women up to 67kg and men up to 80kg. For my fellow Brits, taekwondame Sarah Stevenson lost in the first round, whilst taekwondude Lutalo Mohammed (he of the polemica concerning Aaron Cook's omission) was successful.

The canoeing continues with heats and semi-finals at Eton Dorney. I have no idea. Hungary seem quite tasty, as do Germany.

There is more action in Hyde Park, with the men's open water 10km.

If we're lucky and the weather deteriorates at Weymouth (who thought we'd be saying that a few weeks ago) the sailors will compete for medals in the men's and women's 470 (two person orthodox monohull) class.

The BMX finals take place. Brace yourselves.

The men's 10m platform diving heats take place. There's wrestling.

Waterpolo, basketball, football, volleyball, hockey and handball enter the pointy end.

The athletics will doubtless continue to hog the headlines, and the wonderful Tirunesh Dibaba goes for her second gold in the women's 5,000m. There are also medals available in the women's 1,500m and in two of the four relays (mens 4x400m, and women's 4x100m) as well as the men's pole vault and women's hammer.

Have at it, podium cafe-istas.
