I am new to the site and wanted to ask a few questions that has been in my mind for a while.. Figured the collective wisdom on the forum would set things straight for me..

A. Does anybody know why Timmy Duggan chose to sign with Spider-Tech over a Pro team (Liquigas-Cannondale or some other team) ? I am curious to see if anybody has some insight ?

B. Why doesn't the rainbow jersey go to the rider with most points at the end of the year ? Seems like the "world champion" should be a title for the most consistent / successful rider through out the year.
