The least anticipated stage race of the year.

Monday is the first stage of the Eneco Tour who this year are in the unenviable position of competing with the last 7 days of the Olympics. In any normal year it doesn't rank highly on anyone's calendar but this year is different because of one special inclusion in the Tour. No, I am not referring to Alberto Contador's first race back from suspension. The inclusion I'm thinking of is that of the Muur van Geraardsbergen to be climbed twice on the final day with the race also finishing on its slopes. I'm not suffering from delusions that the race up the Muur will be as exciting as if it were the Ronde but this a World Tour event and riders will be racing to win on its slopes. The fact that the race will include the Muur for the next five years gives me great joy, I hope "screaming guy" is there.

Maybe it wise not to get your hopes up for great racing on the Muur van Geraardsbergen but you probably have some FSA-DS riders who are getting ready for the race. Pablo, I know you are out there. Who ya got! Anyone else?
