Yes it seemed inevitable, but David Moncoutie is retiring at the end of the Vuelta. Also, is it just me or is it amazingly ironic considering that a shitstorm of doping news about the era in which the late 90s/early 00s, is coinciding with the retirement of one the few people from that era who, as far as we know, was totally clean.
