Stage 1 is Leeds - Harrogate, which bounces up and down the dales, but looks like a pretty flat ending.
Stage 2 has a huge stretch along the spine of the Pennines, so that's going to be up and down a lot. They're comparing it to a short Liege-Bastogne-Liege
Stage 3 is much less well-detailed - Cambridge to the Mall, via the Olympic Park. There's no way that the route on the link (straight down the A11) will be the chosen one, but this will be a sprinter's stage, as Cambridgeshire and Essex are very flat. Great finish, though, going up Whitehall and then up the Mall. Hopefully, they'll come down the Victoria Embankment, across Westminster Bridge, back over Lambeth Bridge, then up past the Houses of Parliament, up Whitehall and turn at Trafalgar Square for the Mall. Not sure I can see them closing that much of Central London on a Monday, though!
