You probably all know my fondness for British team Matrix Fitness Racing Academy, so you can bet your life I'll be at their team launch this Friday. It's going to be a casual thing - a joint launch for Matrix, another team, and the London Women's Cycle Racing league all on the same night - but mostly a chance to meet and chat with riders like Helen Wyman, and hang-out with like-minded cycling fans!

It's at Look Mum No Hands!, London's lovely cycling café - the evening is on Friday 15th March 2013, and starts at 6, but I'll be there from 4, and if you're in the area, I'd love to have a Belgian beer or two with you, and put names to faces from the Café. Please come along!
