as some of you might remember from last year, the amgen tour of california puts on a cute little time trial for the ladies. it's not much, but hopefully enough to keep them quiet during the men's race. with the downfall of the exergy tour, it would have been nice to see the atoc, with their broadcast contract revenues, and deep-pocketed sponsors who have profited like no others from cycling's doping problem, do a little bit more to help the women's peloton, both international and domestic, but what can you do?
