Seems like the last 3 years the Classics have been dominated by 1 rider.
2010: Cancellara
2011: Gilbert
2012: Boonen
Who (if anyone) will dominate this year? The trendy pick would be Sagan, but after watching him race Milan Sanremo he might be a little to raw. No doubt he has enough talent to rack up the wins, but I think he can be outfoxed by the older/wiser riders. If I had to bet on which of the 3 previous riders would return to form it would have to be Spartacus. He has looked great so far this year and I think he is closest to his 2010 form. What does everyone else think?
