Coming of age: Pauline Ferrand-Prévot wins Flèche

It's the fourth round of the Road World Cup, and the end (more or less) of the Spring Classics season for the women - and what a way to go! The Flèche Wallonne Femmes is always an amazing race, with the women missing the warm up run-in from Bastogne, and just ride two laps of the same loop as the men, finishing on the (gasp!) MUR DE HUY!!! There's so much to love about this race - and so much frustration too. Videos and links from the race - and add anything YOU see, and join the conversation, in the comments.

Emma Pooley part 2: Flèche Wallonne preview

In part 1 of my interview with Emma Pooley, she told us about what she's been up to in the last year - marathons in snowstorms, campaigning for women's cycling and for Amnesty and finishing her PhD in one piece. In part 2, she tells us what it's like to race the Flèche Wallonne, which she won in 2010, and how she's looking forward to the Friends Life Women's Tour of Britain, and how she feels about riding in the pack - and after the article, there are links to more Flèche previews, and information on how to watch live....

Emma Pooley interview: Part 1 - life off the bike

Emma Pooley is one of the most interesting riders in the peloton, the 2010 World Time Trial Champion and 2008 Olympic ITT silver medallist, who's won some of the biggest races in the women's calendar, including the Tour de l'Aude Grand Tour, and World Cups including the Trofeo Alfredo Binda, Flèche Wallonne and the GP de Plouay, combining climbing skills with suicide attacks. In part 1 of our interview she tells us all about what she was doing in her "reduced season", including surviving finishing her PhD, running marathons in snowstorms, campaigning for women's cycling, Amnesty International, and much more.

Read on for videos, race reports, photos and more - and add anything you see, and talk about it all in the comments!

It's a huge week for women's cycling, with two Road World Cups in seven days - the Trofeo Alfredo Binda in Italy on 30th March, and the Ronde van Vlaanderen on 7th April. One rider who's bound to be making the races hard is ORICA-AIS' star rider, Emma Johansson. We asked her to tell us about the races, living in Flanders, how she made her way in cycling and a lot more. And if you want to follow Binda, check out the guide at the bottom of the post.

Lizzie Armitstead wins the 2014 Ronde van Drenthe

The Boels Rental Ronde van Drenthe is always a fantastic race, and this year was no exception, as we saw the 2014 Road World Cup open with cobbles, wind, escapes, misdirections and explosive attacks on one of the most fun climbs in cycling. Above is the UCI's highlights video, below is the last 25 minutes of the race, and after that, I'll tell you all about how the action went down, and where you can find photos, interviews, rider reactions and more - and videos from the other two Drenthe races.
