Breach of confidentiality in Froome TUE

Medium is a nice site but it doesn't seem to have a comments function. I would appreciate your feedback on this piece I wrote:

It was written last week but I still think its relevant with the latest developments. The controversy so far has mostly focused on: effect of prednisone from a sporting perspective; MPCC standard vs that of Sky; the TUE approval process in this present case, and how it will change in the future; WADA's view of the UCI's handling of the Froome TUE.

Surely, these topics are worthy of discussion, but what about the privacy of the athletes?

I believe this is what Michelle Cound was trying to say yesterday when she tweeted at UCI/BC/WADA. Of course, she was attacked relentlessly for it but I believe the issue she raises is valid.
