Now before those of you who despise hitting the gym in the winter start to celebrate, he's replaced one form of resistance training with another - namely pilates. I've tried them in the past and find them to be an excellent, low impact way to build strength and flexibility. If I wasn't doing a different program currently I'd be doing these.
Anyone else doing anything other than the weightroom this winter?
