I am not paid to endorse Polar products, but I must say that I would feel lost without my Polar S725 HRM/Bike Computer with cadence sensor. For years I only trained with a bike computer and the only data that I could take out of a ride was speed, distance and time. Last year I purchased my S725 and not only is it a first rate cyle computer, but the HR data and cadence have become staples to my training info. I most likely will never own a power meter, but I feel that my S725 is an essential training tool. Plus the nerd side of me, loves being able to wear my daily ride info on my wrist. What are you all using, and what are the key data elements that you are focusing on?
