Before tragedy became the signature of Floyd Landis' day, his attorneys took an unprecedented step of dclaring that Landis seeks a hearing open to the public when his career goes on trial. Nice PR move, though ultimately in the court that counts, I'm not sure it'll matter. That said, riders seem to think that it'll result in a fairer hearing. Anyway...

If they hold the hearing in Seattle for some reason, you can be sure I'll be there. In fact, if they hold it in Boulder or Denver, is there anyone out there who can possibly attend and blog it? It's a few months off, so location and format tbd...
