GP Ouest-France (Plouay) Open Thread

It's not every day we have a grand tour and a classic happening at once. And I'm not sure it's today either, but the GP Ouest-France is somewhere pretty close to classic status, at least. Wikipedia calls it France's most popular single-day race, with roots back to 1931. Recent winners include Sean Kelly and Francesco del Ponte. CN says they added a third climb to the circuit in Brittany (ridden 11 times) so it's more of a climber's ride. My money is on someone under 27.
