Thanks to an anonymous donor, the winner of this year's Vuelta Virtual DS contest will receive an actual jersey to hold and even wear until the next contest. Jersey has not been purchased yet, and in the future it may take the form of the Podium Cafe woolies that I plan to look into over the winter, so for now Drew is in charge of finding an appropriate (re. strange) jersey befitting our champion. Suggestions along the lines of a recent post which unearthed old CCCP jerseys are welcomed. And yeah, this makes the Virtual Vuelta the contest to win. Poor sucker who wins the Tour has to cough up the jersey within about six weeks. Freshly laundered too.
