Nick Nuyens took a 3-up sprint at the Etoile de Besseges today, over another pesky Tinkoff guy named Kiryienka, and Preben Van Hecke of You're Pregnant-Lotto. Aside from a couple near-missers, the main field was at least 46 seconds back, meaning Nuyens and his compatriots stole off from the pack somewhere along the way. Update [2007-2-9 15:29:54 by chris]: here's the skinny. Nice to see Nuyens in early form... this is a guy who can definitely win in March, and maybe, just maybe April.
