Well well... it's been at least a day or two since we've seen some of the biggest stars of the sport battling on a steep incline, right? This stage is presumably one the climbers will be eyeing. The last 15 km climb 1000 vertical meters, which is too much math for my tired brain but doesn't sound deadly or anything. And the stage is only 167km. Still, the final ascent is a long hump, and should draw out the favorites on attack, not unlike some of the early climbs in the Giro. Yes, you or I might eventually get over Montevergine, but when the pros hit such a climb, the question is who can do it faster?
The Tour de Suisse... now, with Lichtenstein!
