Everyone's reporting that a decision is due in his Tour debacle in late September, which means that by next spring Landis should either be cleared to ride or moving on to his next career (assuming an appeal to the CAS). Over a year later, it's hard to get interested again, but I suppose this case will be watched closely by the lawyers for Kashechkin, Vino, Mayo and other recent perps. Probably the most interested parties will be the Kazakh cycling federation who have already declared Vino's innocence... assuming there's such a thing as precedence, even mere de facto precedence.
