Vuelta Stage 3... LIVE!

New, comments

There's a zero percent chance of no breakaway on this stage: it begins with a short but steep cat-2 climb; it takes place on the day before a huge day; and anyway the standings continue to show some 180 riders with the same time as leader Oscar Freire. The Lagos de Covadonga stage isn't a completely mad day, with two minor climbs before the featured event, so it doesn't guarantee a piano stage on the previous day. That said, if today becomes a piano stage, it won't shock me.
