Andre Greipel tacked on another sprint win to his prologue victory in stage 2 of the Tour Down Under, lifting himself and Graeme Brown into a three-way tie with Mark Renshaw for the overall lead. Brown wears the leader's tunic, by virtue of his lack of stage wins, or maybe it has to do with points where he edges the other two. Anyway, Greipel now leads the universe in wins in 2008 with two, making it two more than he compiled last year as a member of my VDS squad. Call it prescience, call it some sort of (unwarranted) punishment... just please, don't call it irony.
