At long last... left sidebar. Took a while to enter in all the Tour-only teams. If you own one of those, please double-check your roster for me.
The Tour hasn't favored any single rider, to its credit, and as a result there isn't much to read into the VDS results so far. Most races award a heap of points at the end anyway, but even here the only discernible trend is that it helps to have Kim Kirchen. But he was no bargain, so that's hardly certain to hold up.
Anyway, I'll be updating things pretty regularly from now on. And now I can get back to other subjects, which I'd banned myself from til I finished that stupid spreadsheet...
