Katusha: No license for you!
The UCI today announced the last lucky winners in the big World Tour license lottery.Argos-Shimano are in as are Garmin, Lotto-Belisol, Radioshack, Francaise de Jeux & Saxo-Tinkoff . Katusha are the unlucky losers for so far unknown reasons.
