Part of the festivities at this summers Dealer Camp industry shindig was the Midsummer Cross. Held at the Deer Valley Resort, Park CIty Utah the USAC race was open to all. Up for grabs were a pair of full ride pro contracts to the new Raleigh Clement Cyclocross Team. The contracts were awarded to the top male and female finishers not currently signed to a pro deal. Nichole Duke claimed the women's slot with a definitive solo win. She will join Caroline Mani on the Raleigh Clement roster. Allan Krughoff was the recipient of the second contract. Krughoff and Ben Berden are the mens side of the new team. Craig Etheridge will be the teams single speed specialist. Ryan Trebon finished first ahead of new team mate Tim johnson. Jonathan Page finished third with Krughoff in fourth
