Giovinazzo - Bari 112 km

This stage has no pretences. A short trek to Bari where the riders do 8 laps of an 8,3 km circuit. Look at the lap below, that final lap is going to be a doozy. You may need a tasty beverage to get you through it, or recover from it, so here's Amy's wine tip for the day:

Back in Italy and back to wine. (Scarponi may make a happier face at that news, if he stays upright that is..) For stage 4, I'm drinking the Leone de Castris Salice Salento 2010. Founded in 1665 by the Spanish Duke Oronzo, Earl of Lemos, Leone de Castris has been exporting wine since the beginning of the 19th century. The Salento is a blend of Negroamaro, the most common grape in the region and and Malvasia Nera di Lecce. It is a rich and full wine with dark fruits and spices.

Il Big del Giorno: Nacer Bouhanni

Bwahahahahahahahah. Just kidding.
No but semi-seriously, that lap with a very technical final 2  km can't really work in Kittel's favor can it?
