USA National Champs - women's Road Race, live!

New, comments

It's Monday, it's a public holiday in the USA - so it's time for road racing, which we can all watch live! But before you do anything else, you have to read Ant1's preview of the race, with Optum rider Maura Kinsella....

Finished that?  Good!  Here are the details you need.

Women's Road Race: 9am USA EST (6am USA PST; 2pm UK BST; 15:00 Euro CEST; 11pm Aus AEST)

Startlist with bib numbers.

Where to watch

The women's and men's races are going to be shown live on Tour Tracker, with the women's commentated by multiple Olympic superstar Kristin Armstrong - and there's a ton of information up about the races already, including maps and rider numbers and so on.  Anyone not in the USA - we can convert everything there to kilometers!

The Course

It's a sort-of lap race - they start with 3 laps of 5.1 miles, before heading out to do 2 laps of 16.5 mile circuit with a climb, before ending the race with 3 laps of the 5.4 mile finishing circuit, including one of the climbs from the long lap, "The Wall".  Here's the course map, the explanation in more detail, and the profile:
