Today, a pink wine, as requested by Chris: Nusserhof Lagrein Kretzer Rosato 2012

As I had planned on a different wine, (the very excellent Ronchi di Cialla Ribolla Gialla) the geography is a bit off on this one. Maybe we can pretend to be back in Alto Adige? Made from another one of those Alto Adige red grapes that I adore, this time: Lagrein.

Herbs, spices, cherries. Yum. A fine way to finish the race. Now time to start on the Wines of the Tour prep.
