According to Patrick, the Museum of Cycling has been moved to the Paterskirk, which closed two years ago. The exhibits include:
- An 8-meter high cross made of bikes in the front
- Eddy sanctified (finally)
- A memorial for Frank VDB and his Liege win
- Some notations about Lance Armstrong in the confessional
- A stations of the cross for visitors to walk
- And of course holy bread
As Patrick says
When you leave the expo there is being asked to carry out the message of ‘Cycling is Religion’
So you see, Belgian cycling isn't just about exercise and beer. It's about your eternal soul.
