On the Scene in Benevento for Stage Five of the Giro d'Italia

My first day at this year's Giro, and it was a fun one!

In the beautiful city of Benevento, Andre Greipel made the uphill sprint look easy.

A minute and a half later, Greipel's teammate Jurgen Roelandts treated the crowd to a wheelie as he crossed the finish line.

Greipel on the podium with flowers and...stuffed number 3, apparently.

Oh, snap!  When you pretend not to see Lupo Wolfie while he's trying to get your attention.

After collecting the stuffed Lupo Wolfies he and his teammates were awarded for leading the team competition, a Katusha rider headed back to the team bus with a few passengers.

At the press conference, Dumoulin chowed down on a sandwich while Greipel took his turn answering questions.  When asked, Dumoulin said it was an omelette sandwich.  He also said that after the previous day's stage, he'd had pizza, which he liked better than the sandwich.
