Some races finish off with a nice comfy parade on the final day. This is not of those races.

We said in our preview that this could be great if the GC was still in play and that is exactly what we got.

UPDATE: Due to weather the Albulapass has been cut from todays stage and instead the race will start at La Punt, making it an ultra-short 57 km stage.

Grand Cuckoo of the day: Tejay van Garderen

Tejay takes off, gets the stage win but not the overall win.
