Transfers & Team talk: Part 2

The list of big moves for 2019 is probably pretty complete at this point and Andrew has started the winter task of analyzing the significance of what we now know of what teams will look like next season in the “Offseason Capsule”-series. Lots of moves among more minor teams and “minor” riders still to come though and as usual a lot of the women’s team are finalized later in the year, even if we’re seeing a trend of more and more moves being done earlier.
