Yet another way to play FSA-DS!

We have the men's game, the women's game, the combined ranking, draft leagues (including the ed's league) and just about every other format under the sun. Which is great. But I think we need, y'know... more.

This is another game, and it is one for the hardcore. I started thinking of this when we were talking about different strategies for getting teams together - basically, cheaper riders are often a better return - but finding the good cheap riders is a serious skill. So, for this game, we're removing the 25 riders per team rule, but bringing in a new rule - no riders for more than 2 points. You can have a team of 75 two-pointers, 150 one-pointers, or anywhere in between.

I'm interested to see how effective any of us can be at picking this many riders - and whether we outperform our actual teams. My suspicion is that I could optimise at 30-40 riders, but this is pretty extreme.

There's an entry spreadsheet here. If you could, please use the full list (which has all the riders in the database at 1 or two points, with multiple years of data attached) to work out your riders (an "x" in the column that says "team?" will add them to your running total at the top), and then copy and paste values to get the rider ID into the yellow cells on the entry form. Then add your name and your team name and the computer will do the rest. So long as your total points add up to 150, you're golden At that point, please email it to me - edredonbrowny at gmail dot com. Same deadline as the main game.

One thing - I don't want to overload superted, so please stick to riders who're in the database already - asking him to add in your 150th favourite one-pointer isn't cool. I'll run this as a spreadsheet so you'll need to be patient - but if anyone else wants to take over the scoring, that'd be aces. If you are planning to enter, do please pop something i the comments. I have no idea how popular this will be.

My team took ten minutes to build as it is basically the overflow from my main team.

Enjoy - and shout if something in here doesn't work.
