This should be the more challenging day. Tougher course, and weather so filthy they even had to adjust the finish a bit.

Stage 1: Barnsley - Bedale 132 km

Women's race in Yorkshire is a much more star-studded affair than the men's, with almost all the major teams we see in WWT races represented and they're all bringing firepower even though this is not an actual WWT race.

Lass of the day : Letizia Paternoster

Seems like a good combo of sprinting and power for this course. Plan A for Trek is surely home favorite Deignan but the course may not be tough enough to allow for her to get away and then Paternoster has a golden chance.
