How is everyone? Hope this post find you all well!
I know for some of you it has been a while since the last time you hear from me or one of my Weekend Report Post even when we are posting them every month to keep in touch with some of the guys. (moved it to the fan shots)
Well after that brief introduction let me tell you that I am still cycling as I have for the last 10 years, (can you believe that 10 years ago Holms show me this page and I started cycling) and with time and many kilometers or miles and some meters climbed over the that period o time I am still looking how to improve certain things.

What is your cadence?
What do you think is a good cadence?
Over the last 2 weeks I been trying to improve mine and man it hurts and is harder then it looks to hold a good one.
Oh now that the season is over you will see some more post from me, if we rec them they will stay at the top for 2 to 4 weeks.
