Stage 3: Hazza bin Zayed Stadium - Jebel Hafeet 107 km

First big uphill finish of the season and a handful of teams have sent top climbers to be competitive.

Judging by Valenciana and her alertness in the first two stages she’s the one we know is ready to go for this, same as Elisa Longo Borghini. Others like Persico, Faulkner and CAvalli are more unknowns. Expect a strong result for Trek’s Gaia Realini as well, this may be her introduction to a wider audience.

A flat day that ventures further in the desert with a decent chance of crosswinds. Might be mainly on the first part though.

Stage 1: Port Rashid - Dubai Harbour 109 km

Opening stage of the first ever UAE Tour in the Women’s World Tour is a classic Dubai sprint stage. In total the race is three sprint stages split up by a climb to Jebel Hafeet on Saturday to settle the overall classification.
